This trust distributions is not related in any way to Pan Am, the Pan Am bankruptcy nor a Pan Am Libya Fund. Please do not confuse any Pan Am bankruptcy distribution with this distribution. They are entirely separate and not related. The IUFA Trustee is aware that the Pan Am bankruptcy estate has or is making liquidating distributions at this time, however the fact that the IUFA is also making the final distribution is entirely coincidental.
